Brahma Visual Studio Terms of Service

Welcome to Brahma Visual Studio ("Brahma", "we", "us", or "our")!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the engagement between you ("Client") and Brahma for the production creative services (the "Project"). By engaging Brahma's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not engage our services.

Use of Client Work for Marketing & Promotion

Brahma Visual Studio, a registered company in India, reserves the right to use work produced for a client on its website. This may include mentioning the client's logo or name to showcase Brahma's capabilities and past projects. This usage is strictly for marketing and promotional purposes to demonstrate Brahma's expertise and attract potential clients.

Clients who wish to opt out of having their logo or name displayed on the Brahma Visual Studio website must explicitly communicate this desire in writing before project commencement.

Project Timeline & Revisions

The Project timeline and revision limits will be established in the Project Proposal. Brahma will strive to adhere to the agreed-upon timeline but reserves the right to adjust it if delays arise due to Client-related factors

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide clear and concise feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Timely approve creative direction and revisions.
Secure all necessary licenses or permissions for any third-party content incorporated into the Project.
Provide Brahma with all necessary information and materials in a timely manner.
Make all agreed-upon payments as outlined in the Project Proposal.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed during the course of the project.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be settled through mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Brahma regarding the Project and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
